Avem o știre din Polonia, unde un primar a fost înjunghiat pe scenă.

The mayor of Poland’s northern city of Gdansk, who was critically injured by a knifeman during a charity concert performance, has succumbed to his wounds in hospital, a medical official has said.

Mayor Pawel Adamowicz was on Sunday stabbed several times by a man claiming to have been wrongfully accused and jailed. Known only as Stefan W., the attacker ran to the stage at an annual charity event collecting money for Polish medical facilities. The assault took place right in front of a crowd of people. The knifeman then grabbed the microphone, accusing the mayor’s party, The Civil Platform, of his alleged ordeal.

The 53-year-old Adamowicz suffered a serious injury to the heart as well as cuts to his diaphragm and abdominal organs and had to be resuscitated right on stage before being hospitalized. He underwent emergency surgery and was placed on life support “in a very critical condition,” Jerzy Karpinski, a physician with the Gdansk regional health department, told the Polish PAP news agency. Adamowicz succumbed to his injuries on Monday.

The 27-year-old attacker, himself a resident of Gdansk, was wearing a press badge, police said, explaining how he managed to get to the stage.

The assaliant served a five-and-a-half-year prison sentence and was released in late December, Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro told reporters. He added that the man had unsuccessfully applied for his conditional release three times before eventually serving his time in full.

Prosecutor Krzysztof Sierak said the knifeman is now set to undergo psychiatric examination. However, he has apparently been found to be mentally unstable in the past.

“During his prison term, closer to its end, a psychiatrist examined this person. It was detected that he was in remission of a serious [mental] disorder… This did not impede him from serving his term to the end,” a representative of the Polish penitentiary service told Sputnik news agency.

Presa străină prezintă știrea din unghiul unui condamnat penal cu probleme mentale, care a urmărit să se răzbune pentru întemnițarea sa.

Eu văd știrea din perspectiva unei execuții publice pentru trădare, având în vedere ce a făcut acest primar pentru polonezi.

Adamowicz is a powerful liberal voice in a country that has been governed by the rightwing Law and Justice party since 2015.

He is best known in Poland and internationally as a staunch supporter of LGBT rights and the rights of migrants and refugees during a period of rising anti-migrant sentiment. “I am a European so my nature is to be open,” Adamowicz told the Guardian in 2016. “Gdańsk is a port and must always be a refuge from the sea.

Un exemplu de societate sănătoasa este aceea unde trădătorii sunt pedepsiți ca atare. Dacă nu se face dreptate de către stat, se face de către popor.

A nu se înțelege că îndemn pe cineva la violență, din contră îndemn pe toată lumea să respecte legea fundamentală.

În cazul României, exemplul din Polonia poate servi ca și avertisment pentru politicienii care suțin invazia migranților, privilegii pentru bolunzii LGBT și legi care interzic opinii, acestea fiind ilegale conform Constituției României:

Articolul 3, aliniatul (4), “pe teritoriul statului roman nu pot fi stramutate sau colonizate populatii straine”.

Articolul 30:

(1) Libertatea de exprimare a gândurilor, a opiniilor sau a credinţelor şi libertatea creaţiilor de orice fel, prin viu grai, prin scris, prin imagini, prin sunete sau prin alte mijloace de comunicare în public, sunt inviolabile.
(2) Cenzura de orice fel este interzisă.
(3) Libertatea presei implică şi libertatea de a înfiinţa publicaţii.
(4) Nici o publicaţie nu poate fi suprimată.

Poporului (majorității sănatoase) nu îi surâde ideea de găozari manifestându-se ostenativ pe stradă, ideologie de gen predată în școli sau cioroi violenți în cartierul lor.

Nu este înțelept să îți sfidezi poporul.
